British Cops get Mobile

Marketers have feigned away from consumers mobile phones. That hasn’t stopped British police forces from preventing crimes by quick texts. Their most recent push has been to combat date rape. The gents are reminded of penalties and the ladies are cautioned about trusting brief acquaintances. It is an interesting way for the police to connect with the people they police and protect. Marketing is usually reserved for products, but it can also transcend to the greater social good.
