Vaughan Rivett’s commentary on selling his first Lotus Foundations Server

in Lotus Foundations

A good friend and a recent Lotus Foundations business partner Vaughan Rivett sold his first server within 10 minutes of meeting a potential client. I’ve always mentioned that Lotus Foundations will enable you to shorten the sales cycle when selling IT solutions in the small business market. It will allow you to focus on expanding your business, instead of focusing on completing complicated sales and doing patch runs. (Patch Tuesday anyone?)

He has posted a video blog where he talks about 15 min setup of Lotus Foundations, pricing differences with Microsoft Small Business Server and technical advantages.

But hey, don’t listen to me alone – have a watch yourself,

If you are in New Zealand, be sure to give Vaughan a call.

  • In your next broadcast I would like to hear how you migrate users to Lotua Foundations:
    1. Hosted email to LF
    2. On premise exchange server to LF

People have to upgrade all the time, I know that we can add the cost of migration and still make a great financial case for moving to Lotus Foundations.

    Good vid tho!
  • Hi there. Thanks for your comments. I have just finished another live broadcast in which Lotus Foundations got a mention.

Hope to get you online soon.

    Regards

    Vaughan Rivett
