		<description>I agree with most of the list. What we are seeing is an evolution in utilitzation based on enabling technologies. IM was one of the first of these that was so powerful and driven by user demand. Twitter is another (that&#039;s how I found this post). Users are grabbing onto technology and adopting it as fast as they can. The IBM list does show that there are multiple influences driving adoption (e.g.Apple iPhone, Twitter, Wikis), not a single product or technology. If a vendor can offer these in an enterprise offering, like IBM did with Sametime to &quot;corporatize&quot; IM, it will be a big win.</description>
