Real life exclusive pictures of the Lotus Foundations Appliance Server

It has been a busy week so far with the launch of the Appliance server, Virtualization Support (VMWare) on Foundations and Worldwide availability for Hardware and Software. We had great response from the community — from Lotus partners to end users to Microsoft guys! Thanks everyone. We couldn’t have done it without support from the community.

Thanks to the positive response from great folks like yourself, we also managed to get some airtime in different podcasts as well. One of them is already listed on this blog. Others will be shortly be available as we get permission to link directly to them.

In the past few days, I’ve had few requests for the photographs of the server as well.  So, I asked around in our divison and thanks to my Program Director, Michael Walker, who did me a favor and was able to get me some get exclusive pictures of the IBM Lotus Foundations Small Business Appliance server.

So folks, here are some amateur photos of the Magic Box. Hope you enjoy them. It is 99% close to the marketing images from yesterday. Minus the greasy finger prints! (Snacking while working with the server is quite the norm around here since the server does things automatically itself. =))
