The new economy does not care for age nor past performance

I’ll keep it short and simple. The upcoming economy WILL not care about how wonderful you have been in the past or how many decades of experience you have under your belt. Your past performance has nothing to do with your future performance. Your competitor will take your proven model and make it better.

The customer will only care about the end result, the experience and most importantly, the customer service. The factory era allowed us to leverage a known model and scale it for efficiency and profitability. The digital age requires us to think differently and differentiate. Better not be a drone. Find better ways of doing things.

Here’s an idea:
Given the fact that all of us are struggling with finding time. Figure out a way to give us time back. If you can do it cheaper, faster and sexier. You will win this war.
